The new Sony Ericsson W8 is the first Walkman series phone to run on Android OS. The Sony Ericsson W8 runs on Android 2.1 Eclair OS and powered by 600MHz processor.
The Sony Ericsson W8 Android Phone features a 3-inch HVGA Capacitive Touchscreen display with 320×480 pixels screen resolution, Virtual QWERTY keyboard and comes with Scratch Resistant Surface.
The W8 Android Phone sports a 3.2 MP camera, video player/recording, multi format music player, FM Radio with RDS, 3.5 mm jack, 128 MB internal memory, 168MB RAM and up to 16GB external memory support through micro SD card.

hw is the sony w8 mbl………
dis phone cannot be upgrded to better android version,it will remain 2.1 only,there is no zooming facility in its camera,and games and apps cant be installed in sd card,and then u have limited phone memory,instead of w8 try x8,but i’ll say music is good.

Please don’t comment on quality of Sony Products , This phone does not have Zooming facility , and Equalizers are not available , Cannot be Upgraded Anroid OS.
